Adare has rewarded dozens of colleagues from across the world after they were nominated by peers in the quarterly employee recognition scheme – Shining Stars.
The awards seek to acknowledge individuals and teams who have excelled in one of three categories. They are collaboration, innovation and creativity as well as passion, bravery and integrity.
Among those to win an award for her collaborative work, was Filipa Costa who is based in Portugal. The Project Manager nominated for the fantastic work she does for our clients, said: “I was surprised. I didn't expect it at all because I'm just one more person in Adare's world. And the kind of work that I do, I believe is also done by many other colleagues. So, I wasn't expecting it but I felt incredibly happy.”
Other winners included UK-based Project Director, Gemma Matthews. Included in her nomination was a comment from one of her clients who said: "I wish all my suppliers presented data as clearly as you have done as it would make my role so much simpler."
Meanwhile Vanessa Almeida, Invoicing Assistant in Chile, was rewarded for her work identifying an issue with invoice collection, added: “I was pleasantly surprised because I didn’t expect to be nominated for the award. I was very happy to get this recognition.”
